There is also Riga Skyline bar, which is a place on the top of the Radisson Blu Hotel. It has a wide variety of cocktails in its menu and it is good for sipping drinks with a view over the city, which opens from the 26th floor through its wide windows. Address: Elizabetes 55, Riga.
Galleria Riga Terrace and restaurant Herbārijs is one more beautiful place to accompany dining with marvelous views over the rooftops of the historical part of Riga. There is also a communal terrace, where you can simply enjoy the skyline view with a coffee brought from somewhere else. Address: Dzirnavu 67, Riga.
The last but not least, also a bit unusual, and still worth visiting is the National Library of Latvia.
